Originally from Canada, Chloe started her communications career in film publicity in Toronto before taking a leap across the pond. She has spent the last decade in London specialising in delivering strategic fame-driving brand campaigns, influencer engagement programmes, and large-scale events. Her experience has enabled her to work for some of the world’s biggest consumer brands within FMCG, travel, hospitality and drinks.

Currently Associate Director at Pangolin PR, Chloe is helping clients create powerful reaction and measurable action through compelling storytelling both within the UK and on a global scale.

Nathalie Bahbout

Swipe Right

Natalie is an Associate Director at Swipe Right, a global gaming and esports communications agency. She has led award-winning campaigns for brands such as Coffee Stain, Red Bull, and PUBG MOBILE. In addition to her client work she has been recognised in MCV/DEVELOP’s 30 Under 30 for her contribution to the UK video games industry.

Katy Ball

Katy is a Board Director at Hope&Glory, having joined the team in 2015. Katy thrives on finding a simple but creative way to deliver complicated messages and loves to challenge brands to behave in away that delivers purpose, while connecting with consumers in a way that feels relevant.

Career highlights including getting over 200 naked people together in a pandemic as artist Spencer Tunick created a piece of art of mark the launch of Sky Arts on Freeview, and launching EE’s ground-breaking 4G service and new brand across the UK.


Simon Corbett

As founder and CEO of Jargon PR, Simon Corbett is at the heart of the business, leading the development and growth of the agency. Having started his PR career at Weber Group (WeberShandwick) in 1999 he has over twenty years of international technology, corporate, and consumer PR experience.

Simon is also the founder of Global Dating Insights, a trade media title for the online dating industry, and eVTOL Insights, the leading source of news, information, and analysis into the global electric vertical take-off and landing market.

As a qualified CIM Digital Marketing Professional, Geo works across top 10 consumer PR agency 72Point and market research agency OnePoll, managing PR/marketing campaigns on social, digital and online media. Geo is close to the everchanging news agenda and PR landscape, having worked alongside household name brands such as Essity, Guide Dogs, Heathrow Express and eharmony.

Chris brings two decades of experience in PR, and has spend much of that time in social media, online content, and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). In his spare time, Chris runs a football culture blog and podcast, and has authored two football history books.

As Head of Strategic Comms, Ked Mather is responsible for proactive national earned and social media campaigns, whilst also handling corporate issues to protect and enhance the reputation of Openreach.

Prior to joining Openreach, Ked was a Director at TMT agency, MWWPR and also had additional in-house stints at Mastercard and Samsung. The latter of which saw him lead Samsung’s London 2012 PR/comms programme.

Ked’s career has spanned over 15 years, but throughout this time he has always been passionate about diversity and inclusion.  Currently, he is an active committee member of The Ethnic Diversity Network, aimed at listening and supporting ethnic minorities at Openreach.

Yla O'Riordan


Yla is a social and influencer specialist at Shiny, part of Red Consultancy. She works across B2B and B2C clients such as McDonald’s, Sky and Thales. In her role she leads on projects ranging from influencer campaigns, blog and web builds, organic social strategy, and paid media.

Previously Yla managed the Canon Europe, Toshiba, and NOW accounts at Fever, and prior to that she worked across the PR and digital teams at LEWIS.

Matthew Rowe


Matt is currently Head of Digital, Social, and Media + Platforms at FleishmanHillard, leading the agency’s integrated programming and new business in the UK. Prior to joining FTI Consulting Claire was the Head of Digital Reputation at FleishmanHillard UK where she focused on building digital reputation across client accounts with a specific focus on working with c-suite leaders to improve and build their reputations online.
