James Cavanagh, Four Cymru’s director of digital, has over a decade of experience in digital both in-house and agency-side, delivering insight-focussed, award winning campaigns. James (or JC as he is otherwise known), is a member of the IPA and Institute of Leadership and works across the strategy, activation and evaluation of paid digital advertising for various clients. Previously JC has worked with a plethora of clients in a variety of industries from FMCG and Education to Entertainment and Public Health to name a few.

Imogen Wallis

Milk & Honey PR

Imogen is a lover of all things social and SEO. Having been both agency and client side, Imogen began her career 2015 as an account manager for a social media agency. Here, she dove into content creation, copy writing and digital event coverage for a range of clients from fashion to confectionary, before looking to switch things up and work in-house.

Returning to agency life, for the last four years Imogen has worked with Milk & Honey PR, now under the title of Head of Digital.  We know the biggest challenge we face in PR is proving our worth – here enters Imogen’s passion for results and data, which allows the agency to add a crucial layer to their PR measurement toolkit. This tried and tested measurement system has unlocked more fee, boosted a dozen award entries, and evolved the agency offering to actually do what PR professionals purport to all the time – make a campaign that’s truly integrated.

Amy Bendall

Amy Bendall is MD at integrated comms agency, Pier. She re-entered agency life in 2017, following a significant spell in-house, at charity Friends of the Earth, and pub company and brewer, Greene King.

Frequently coined a “PR geek” by friends, Amy has lived and breathed the industry for two decades since graduating from Leeds Met with a PR degree. She has worked in comms across numerous sectors, from healthcare to retail, FMCG to sustainability, consistently underpinned by a passion for clever, creative and ethical PR.

Now running Pier, she drives the agency’s two specialisms – food & beverage and renewable energy. Clients include Del Monte, Saputo Dairy UK, RWE and Low Carbon.

Natasha Hill

Natasha is Managing Director and co-owner at Bottle, the digital PR agency that grows fame and findability for a wide range of brands like Gousto, Rowse Honey, Biffa and The Music License.

Prior to Bottle, Natasha was Brand Director of Cancer Research UK where she led the award winning brand strategy and rebrand, advertising, digital channels and communications.

Natasha’s loves to see campaign ideas that genuinely flow through multiple channels with campaign evaluation that proves the business impact to a brand.

Ravi Vijh

Ravi is Managing Director and co-owner at Bastion, an award-winning marketing and communications agency dedicated to the video games space, working with brands like Fortnite creators Epic Games, Dungeons & Dragons, Final Fantasy, Amazon Games and Riot Games.

For more than 15 years, Ravi has delivered campaigns for some of the largest video games in the world and has a passion for elevating the art from a niche to be recognised within mainstream media. Recently, Ravi has led the charge on helping non-endemic brands such as Ballantine’s whisky navigate the world of video games, building out strategies for targeting a Gen-Z audience that is becoming increasingly harder to reach.

Ruth Lee

Citypress

Ruth leads the social, creative and consumer practices at Citypress and is a member of the Leadership Team. She joined the agency eight years ago and built the social practice from scratch.

Prior to Citypress, Ruth was a digital director at Golin and before that, was at Four.

Ruth was the PRWeek Young PR Professional of the Year in 2017.

Lucy Somers

As Deputy Group Director of Digital and Director of PLMR Genesis Digital (PLMR’s East of England digital team), Lucy provides strategic digital marketing advice, insight and support to clients across a range of sectors including education, health and social care and professional services – helping them to achieve their overarching organisational objectives through digital and creative communications.​

With over seven years of digital and creative experience, Lucy specialises in supporting with digital strategies, social media and online crisis management and project/account management to ensure client’s requirements and needs are always met to a high standard.

Lucy is also part of PLMR’s Management Committee and is the current holder of PRCA’s Digital Professional of the Year 2023. ​

Lucy completed her Advanced Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing in 2017.

Kinda Jackson

Kinda is a digital marketing and communications specialist with over 25 years’ experience in integrated comms, digital brand building, and social strategy development for local and global brands – like LinkedIn, Tetra Pak, Vodafone, P&G, Netflix, British Airways and BT. 

 

At Brands2Life, she leads a hand-picked, 40+-strong team of award-winning social storytellers, filmmakers, and digital natives. Kinda’s focus is on nurturing their creativity and knowledge to consistently deliver efficient, effective, and impactful content for every client – whether that’s a 10-second Instagram Reel or a full-on TV ad. 

 

Outside of work, Kinda’s kept on her toes by two teenage sons and is vocal about her dislike for cake… something her team absolutely judge her on. 

Richard Langrish
